Store Credit for Returns: If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team at info@shetress.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assess your request and, if approved, provide you with store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:
